No update of Damn It just yet. I’m hoping for tomorrow. I’ve been a little busy for the last few days, so that’s my excuse.

In other news, though, I procrastinated writing last night for a bit by going ahead and making the layout for Fine, Fine Line, which will (eventually) be the sequel to Tumbling Down. I’m not sure when I’m going to write it as I have a new project in the works. Becca and I are collaborating on a story, but that’s pretty much all we’re sharing at this point. But anyways, if you want to look at the layout for Fine, Fine Line, see the new character pics, the soundtrack, etc., the link is over to the right.

Also, my story for The Spark Inside was posted a few days ago. Thank you so much to everyone who has commented so far. I’d love to know what the rest of you think. It was a different story than the others I’ve been working on lately, but the responses I’ve gotten so far have all been wonderful, so that was a relief. Well, today I bring a new chapter of Damn It. Didn’t get a lot of feedback on the last chapter, but thanks to Kristy, Kristin, and Becca (who always manages to crack me up lol) for you comments. I hope I didn’t piss people off too bad with the little cliffhanger on the last chapter. Not a whole lot happens in this chapter. Lots of dialogue. You know… but anyways, Chapter 15 is up and running!

In other news, I know that you’ve all just been sitting around going “Gee, I wonder what Nat looks like. My life would be complete if I knew!” Well, you can rest easy now! I’ve put up some incredibly lovely pictures of myself on the Author page which can be accessed from the “more?” link at the top of the sidebar or through the Site page. I’m just a really special person, let me tell you, and I do love to take stupid pictures of myself, which you’ll see shortly. I am in the weirdest mood right now, in case you all couldn’t tell.

But yeah, that’s pretty much it! Make sure you go vote at the Soundtrack Awards and at Chaos Into Art. The deadline to do so is growing nearer!

With Tumbling Down and my story for The Spark Inside being completely finished, I’m back to working on one story right now, which of course means that I have ideas for about ten others. For the most part, I’ll be working solely on Damn It right now, but I have started another project called One Day, which I’m really excited about. It’s going to be really different and I’ve posted a snippet of what will eventually be the first chapter on its site, which can be found via the link on the sidebar.

Chapter 14 of Damn It is up. Lots of Zac and Esme chatter, so I hope you like it. Plus, the Thanksgiving trip has finally begun. I hope you all enjoy it!

Tonight’s update is the next chapter of Damn It! It’s not the most exciting chapter, but I had to get to the point leading up to Esme’s journey to the Hanson’s for Thanksgiving, which will be taking place over the course of the next few chapters. When those will be posted, I don’t know, because in the next week my efforts will be focused on finishing my story for The Spark Inside and working towards the completion of Tumbling Down.

Thank you to Becky, Kristin, Mel, Ivey, Lauren, and Crystal for your comments in the gbook. I love to see what you all think is going to happen in Tumbling Down, and to hear what you think of Damn It. I love both of these stories and they’re both really interesting to write in very different ways.

In some exciting news, Damn It has been nominated for 2 awards at the Chaos Into Art Hanfic awards (thanks to whoever did that!! ). Nominations are still open at those and at the Soundtrack Awards, but close this week, so get your nominations in now if you wish to do so.

Well, I have no story updates, but I have added a few things to the site. I added a few lovelies to the sidebar including the resurfacing of my tagboard, a current project section, a revamping of the disclaimer, etc. I also added a long and completely unnecessary survey to the author section, so if you want to read a bunch of my pointless ramblings, go check that out. I’ll probably deem it completely useless in a few days and delete, but I’m slightly delirious with boredom right now and that’s how it made its way onto my site.

As for Tumbling Down, I’m still trying to figure out how to end it, or rather, whether I should make it in two parts with a sequel, or just end it sometime soon. I still haven’t decided what’s best for the story. And seriously, thank you so much to Kristy, Becca, Becky, and Kristin who have been following the story and giving me feedback throughout. I love to see what you guys have to say, and thank you to those of you who read it and don’t leave comments. You all are awesome, too.

Some big things are coming up in Damn It, and that’s why I want to take it slow with putting it online. This way I can make sure it’s done right. Thanks to those of you being patient with me on that. Damn It has been nominated for two awards at The Soundtrack Awards already and I’m so excited about that. Please be sure to go do your last minute nominations there before they close there and at Eva’s Chaos into Art awards!

That’s really it for now. I’m leaving tomorrow to go out of town until the following Monday, so if another chapter of Tumbling Down is going to be posted, it’ll have to be later today sometime, and I can’t promise that with all the packing and such.

Hello everyone. Chapter Six of Tumbling Down is up.

I feel the need to kind of explain myself right now, so you all understand why the updates may be happening as they are in the upcoming weeks. I love Damn It dearly and hope that I can find the time to update it in the next week or so. The places it’s going to go may be a surprise, but I can’t wait to share it with you all. But, for reasons very personal to me, I feel a self-inflicted pressure to finish Tumbling Down. This story started out as something somewhat different than where I now see it needs to end, a place very similar to one that I’m currently living. I know that it’s good to put oneself into a story, and that’s why I’m allowing the story to pull me in this direction. It will be good, I promise, but I need everyone to be understanding if it gets a little more attention in the next few weeks than Damn It does. I’m also trying to wrap up my story for The Spark Inside, and once that’s done, the Damn It updates should return, hopefully within the next day or so. I’m sure that this is entirely unnecessary to say, as everyone has always been incredibly supportive thus far, but I guess that I almost needed to write this out to make myself feel better about my current dedication to the Tumbling Down project. Maybe eventually I’ll feel ready to share with you all what’s going on, and maybe not. I guess it really doesn’t matter, because I know that you’ll all back me as you’ve done in the past.

I’m officially a college graduate, and I even managed to graduate with the honors I was hoping for. Hooray! Now I can be a real person again without being the giant ball of stress and emotion that I’ve been for the last month, hence the serious lack of updates.

I do come bearing one today! Chapter 11 of Damn It is now up! I’m curious to see what you all think of this chapter. A new chapter of Tumbling Down is on its way also, and I’m also working on my story for The Spark Inside.

Chapter 10 of Damn It is finally up! Please, everyone, don’t die of shock. It’s not a terribly exciting chapter, but it is leading into future things, and there’s plenty of Zac and Esme interaction, so I hope you all enjoy.

 And, as you can see, I made a new layout featuring the lovely Esme as well. It was such a pretty picture of Reese that I couldn’t help but use it.
